4. Course Enrolment
Course access is granted upon successful registration and payment. Programmes may include prerequisites, which will be clarified during enrolment.
5. Payment Terms
Fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing communicated during checkout or invoicing. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved corporate payments.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of course commencement for a full refund unless otherwise stated. After this period, refunds are granted at our discretion based on participation.
7. Use of Materials
Course materials, including videos, templates, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them for personal learning but may not distribute, resell, or publicly share them without written permission.
8. Acceptable Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with instructors and peers, refrain from disruptive behaviour, and comply with community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend access for conduct that breaches these standards.
9. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain continuous platform access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for any resulting disruptions.
10. Intellectual Property
Soilbaling retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the platform, marketing courses, and brand assets. Granting access does not transfer any ownership rights to users.
11. User-Generated Content
If you submit content such as assignments, feedback, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and reproduce the content for educational or promotional purposes, subject to privacy preferences.
12. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate third-party tools. These services have independent terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soilbaling is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the applicable course.
